With your support, we can continue to offer free admission to the museum through these programs:

  • SDCHM Second Sundays: Thanks to you, we can open for free to the public on these days each month!
  • Lunar New Year Fair: Help keep the museum free for the thousands who attend the Chinese Lunar New Year Street Fair@
  • Discover & Go: Through the City 

With your support, we can continue to offer free admission to the museum through these programs:

We are a resource for local schools and community groups. Help us increase our outreach with groups that would otherwise be unable to access this type of interactive programming:

  • Field Trip Fund: Help us continue to provide field trip scholarships for Title I schools
  • Library Programs Fund: Sponsor the free presentations and workshops we pro

Museum Ethnic Studies Education Programming

Museum Exhibitions

A minimum of two special exhibitions are held per year at our Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Extension. Special exhibitions offer a look into diverse subjects of interest to our community.

The majority are produced in-house, allowing us to tailor sponsor name and logo recognition. 

Upcoming exhibitions include:

  • 80th Anniversary of the WWII Victory
